Plan and billing

Your plan

The owner sees it in Plan & billing: the price, the end date, how many users and active loans you use, and what the plan includes. A feature that isn't in your plan shows an Upgrade button instead.

Paying

• Choose how long (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and press Pay with MoMo or card. Paystack opens; DSB never sees your card or PIN.
• Your end date moves on as soon as the payment is confirmed, and your receipt is in the app (and in your email).
• From 7 days before the end, the owner sees a reminder at the top of every page.

If it isn't paid

DSB may pause the account: everyone sees "Your account is paused" until DSB enables it again. The owner can still open Plan & billing to pay. Your data is never touched.
