Record a payment

Open the loan (or ⊕ New → Record payment), type the amount and how it came (MoMo, cash, bank). The app splits it for you: late interest first, then interest, then principal.

Part payments and overpayments

• Part of the amount: the loan shows "Partly paid" with what is left.
• More than owed: the extra is kept as the customer's credit. Give it back or use it on another loan.

A mistake?

Owners and managers can void a payment with a reason; a loan officer can undo their own within 10 minutes. Nothing is ever deleted: the loan's timeline keeps the history.
