Features
Everything your Excel sheet did, with no sums to do
Built with a lender in Ghana, from their own Excel workbook. Zero manual calculations, and the owner knows where every cedi is.
-
Automatic pricing
Type the amount and how long. The rate, interest, total and due date are worked out from your own rate table. Never typed by hand again.
-
Late interest, counted daily
From the day after the due date, with the same 25%-a-month rule. Reset, pause or set a custom rate on any loan. No surprise fees.
-
Not paid, at a glance
One red bar shows who is late, by how many days, and what each person owes today. Call or WhatsApp them in one tap.
-
The money grid
In my hands, with customers, and the total: principal and interest always separate, to the pesewa.
-
Business health
Is the business doing well or badly? The dashboard says it in plain words: on-time rate, idle money, late ratio and profit.
-
January to December
Every month has its page, like your Excel sheets: each loan shows in every month it has a payment due, but is counted once.

An app on your phone
Add it to your home screen. A loan takes under 30 seconds to register, even on a slow network.

Questions before you start?
DSB answers on WhatsApp, usually the same day, and can help you bring your Excel book in.
Can DSB see my customers and my money?
No. DSB runs the platform but has no screen, report or export that shows any company's customers, loans, payments or amounts. This is enforced in the code and tested automatically. To be fully honest: whoever runs the database server could technically read the data, as with any online service. The Terms of Service say so.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It opens in the browser of any phone or computer. On a phone you can add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
What happens after the free trial?
Pay for the months you want with MoMo or a card, from Plan & billing. Nothing is taken automatically. If you don't pay, DSB may pause the account: your data stays exactly as it is and comes back the moment the account is enabled.
Can I bring my Excel loan book?
Yes. Download the import template (one sheet per month), copy your loans in, and upload it. You check every row before anything is saved, and the same file can be imported twice without making copies.
Does it work with my own rates?
Yes. Each company has its own rate table (25% a month and a rate for each number of days by default). Changing it never changes the loans you already gave.
Can my staff use it?
Yes, with their own login: managers, loan officers (who see only their loans and today's collections) and viewers (read-only, for a partner or accountant).
What if my phone has no network?
The pages you opened last stay readable, and the app tells you that changes can't be saved until the network is back.
